Divine Mercy Health started in 2009 when our founder couldn't find a residential home that treated her father with the dignity he deserved — so she built one.

We believe growing older shouldn't mean losing independence, comfort, or connection. Our team of licensed caregivers works with families to build a care plan around who your loved one is — including their mental and behavioral health, not just their diagnosis.

Today we support over 400 families across assisted living, memory care, in-home visits, and independent living.
